All Orals: PowerPoint format (landscape orientation) and saved on an USB Stick (Flash Drive).

Flash-Oral-Posters: 5–10 slides (1: title,
authors, affiliation; 2-9: objective(s), experimental, results; 10:
conclusions; if necessary, 1–2 more slides) presented in 5 minutes
followed by 2 minutes for discussion. They will be included in a topic
section.
e-Oral-Posters: 3–5 slides (1: title,
authors, affiliation, objective; 2-4: experimental, results; 5:
conclusions; if necessary, 1–2 more slides) like a regular PowerPoint
presentation or using TEMPLATE format; 3-minute presentation and
2-minute discussion. They will be included in a topic section. Posters
will not be printed. This approach is simpler and eliminates the
difficulties associated with physically transporting them and crossing
borders, while also saving some money on both sides.
There will be no separate flash- or e-poster sections, with the aim of increasing the visibility, interest and importance of these communications.
